Dummy Stand

Part of the Dummy Stand setup

The Dummy Stand is a versatile piece of gear, and can act as a tripod for gathering B-Roll footage among other things. But the first and most important role is to help you calibrate your camera when you’re shooting in your studio. You’ll place the Dummy Stand exactly where your subject would be standing in front of the white background, and use it (along with your Alligator Mount) to hold your Gray Card where your subject’s face will go.
